The Wyndham Bermuda Resort and Spa is situated on
it's own private 25-acre peninsula and has some of the island's best
restaurant,
bars and entertainment. With excellent conference facilities and
majority of the rooms and suites with private balconies and picturesque

It also is the only
major deluxe resort on the island situated directly on the beach.
The hotel can provide 16,000 Square Feet of meeting
and banqueting space, including a 4,200 Square Foot ballroom plus
6 meeting rooms and 10 outdoor venues. Your events will be custom
tailored by the hotel's award winning staff. The hotel specialises
in small to medium size meetings for up to 400 guests. Whether it's
a small in-suite meeting or a lavish banquet, the event will leave
a lasting impression.
Every Wyndham Bermuda Resort and Spa guestroom offers a private terrace,
air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, radio, and remote
control TV featuring in-room movies. The decor and furnishings reflect
a casual, tropical ambiance, with a color scheme reflective of ocean
blues, grassy greens and neutral, sand tones.
As the only major resort right on the beach, the Wyndham
Bermuda Resort and Spa offers the true beachfront experience right
here in its Bay Wing accommodations. Walk right out onto the beach
from your junior suite in the Bay Wing and enjoy Bermuda's pink sand
and swaying palms. The dome houses the resort's indoor pool.
There are many areas in the resort to hold your meetings
such as:
Indoor:
The Boardroom is ideal for small meetings and Receptions
and dinners for groups of 10 - 20 people.
The Hamilton Rooms are ideal
for meal functions. They are
also ideal
for break-out rooms with all three having dimensions of 25' x 32'.
The Hamilton pre-assembly area is perfect for receptions. By combining
the Boardroom and Terrace, it will comfortably hold 100 - 125 guests.
By joining Hamilton, 300 guests may have a reception and then move
to the Ballroom for dinner.
The Somerset room, is an ideal
location for meetings and food functions. The Somerset divides
into two rooms
with Somerset North at 53' x 33' and Somerset South at 53' x 25'.
The Southampton Room is perfect for smaller meetings, breakouts
or spouse programs. Having windows on two sides overlooking a tropical
courtyard make this venue an ideal location for any meal function
with options from our banquet menus or a la carte menus serviced
directly from Lillian's Restaurant. Larger groups may use the Southampton
Room as a hospitality suite during off-season months.
Outdoor:
Croquet Lawn with Halogen Flood Lighting is ideal for small receptions
or banquets serving up to 60 guests.
Cross Bay Beach with Halogen Flood Lighting on volleyball
court, beach and deck area is perfect for group luncheon barbecues,
which can be combined with a structured Olympic program or more
relaxed
water
sports such as snorkeling and rafting.
The East and West Terraces are frequently used for group check-in.
The Point with Halogen Flood Lighting has the spectacular Southshore
view, waterfall, and authentic Bermuda moongate entrance, The Point
is an ideal location for
a group's opening
reception, and in combination with Southlawn can accomodate up
to 250 guests.
Palm Court with Halogen Spot Lighting and underlit Palm trees is
an ideal location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Because of its
close proximity to the banquet kitchen, sit down
menus as well as buffets are available for up to 60 guests.
Pool Deck with Halogen Flood Lighting in conjunction with the SeaGrape
Bayside Grill may be used for receptions beginning at 6:30 p.m.
by groups of
50 or
more guests.
SeaGrape Bayside Grill with Halogen Flood Lighting, Tiki Torches
may be used exclusively for groups with a minimum guarantee of
50 guests and a maximum of 120 guests.
Shuffleboard Lawn with Halogen Flood Lighting, is an ideal location
for receptions and dinners.
Southlawn with Halogen Flood Lighting, is the
Sonesta's largest outdoor function space, which can easily accomodate
receptions
for up to 400 people and dinners
for up to
350 guests.
